Meeting called to order by Chairman Campbell at 7:00 p.m.

Meeting called to order by President Campbell at 7:06 p.m.
1. Motion by Rasmussen/Boss to accept the April 11, 2012 minutes as presented. CARRIED / 6-0

Department Reports: 
Police:
Officer Morris informed council that police coverage for Memorial Day, and Ellebration (July 7) are covered.
Officer Morris presented information on an Antrim Co. Police car that will be removed from the fleet and sold.

Discussion Items:
a. Wooden Shoe Park will be opening on May 15, 2012.
b. Village auditors from Baird, Cotter, and Bishop will be doing the village audit May 14, 2012
c. July fireworks will take place on July 7 in conjunction with Ellebration
d. Breezeway garage sale May 25 and 26 from Atwood to Boyne Fall.
e. Duane Arnott, Village archery instructor, informed the village that he is teaching archery classes twice daily 
at the school.
f. Fall Archery tournament will be held September 15th 2012.Action Items
2. Motion by Campbell/Vollmer to purchase the county police car at the cost of $500.00 CARRIED. 6 YES –O 
NO
3. Motion by Stewart/Vollmer to spend up to $1000.00 for new Village Police car decals and move the light bar 
and radar to the new car. CARRIED.
4. Motion by Rasmussen/Stewart to donate $250.00 to the Ellebration. CARRIED 6-0
5. Motion by Rasmussen/M.B. Drenth to purchase 5 new toilets for the bath house at the Wooden Shoe Park 
 and repair the leaks in the showers and the sinks. CARRIED. 6-0
Budget Amendments: None 
5. Motion by Rasmussen/Vollmer to pay the bills. CARRIED. 6-0
6. Motion by Boss/MB Drenth to adjourn. 8:00 p.m.
