Present:  M.B. Drenth, C. Kammerer, R. Boss, R. Vollmer, M. Drenth, and  H. Campbell.  Absent: K. Stewart and H. Allen

Other:  John Morris, Police Chief, Scott Sowers, and Jerry Rasmussen

1.  Motion by Vollmer/Boss to accept the August 12, 2013 with correction.  Passed

Public Input:  None

Department Reports:

Police:  Chief Morris gave a brief report.

DPW:  President updated the Trustees on the progress of  the Municipal Water System Project and Water Ordinance to increase availability rates.

Streets:  N/A

Committee Reports:

                Planning Commission:  Hearing and Meeting Thursday, September 12, 2013 on Occupation Permit                                                                                                                       Parks and Recreation:  Discussed Revenue,  Rates, Attendants and Tree Removal  at WoodenshoCampground.  Mentioned donation by Edson Family to                     Ellsworth Community Park for use of the Pavilion.

 

Discussed:

                a.  Ellsworth Archery Tournament Saturday, 21, 2013                                                                                                                                                                                                         b.  Economic Vitality Incentive Program/ Dash Board, Citizens Guide, and Budget due October 1, 2013                                                                                                                 c.  Letter from Chip Schwein

2.  Motion by Boss/Marilyn Drenth to approve the budget amendment to Increase Liquor License Inspection (101-000-57700) $770 from $0 to $770  CARRIED 5-0

3.  Motion by Boss/Kammerer  to approve the Village applying for a Grand Vision Grant to form a Paddle Antrim Festival Corporation.  CARRIED 5-0

4.  Motion by Kammerer/Vollmer to approve Scott Sowers to fill the Trustee vacancy until the general election November 2014.  Campbell, yes; Boss, yes; Vollmer,              yes; Kammerer, yes; and Marilyn Drenth, yes. 

5.  Motion by Vollmer/Boss to pay the bills.

6.  Motion by Boss/Marilyn Drenth to adjourn
